We will fully set up, serve, and clean up your event. We do not provide rental packages for items such as linens and glassware, though we are happy to help you source them. We do not provide alcohol or bar service.

As a mobile kitchen, we have everything we require on board. We do require access to the venue at least two hours in advance to set up. To plug in, we require 50 amps; otherwise we need to use our generator.

While we can provide sample menus to help you get started, every menu is customized and tailored for your event.

Yes, we provide for a wide variety of special diets including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Please inform us if we need to consider food allergies.

We are happy to arrange private tastings for you and up to 3 guests. Tasting menus are customized and billed accordingly.
